About the Founder:

Tessa Sphar

Tessa brings over 18 years of sales experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. During her career, she’s gained expertise that encompass building sales processes from inception, devising automated sales email and text sequences, cultivating sales cultures, lead generation, and monitoring KPIs, among other components in the sales and marketing process.


First introduced to sales while finishing her degree at Hofstra University in New York, she found herself armed with only a phone and Excel spreadsheet as her CRM. She quickly learned sales was all about cultivating connections, uncovering needs and nurturing relationships - all things she loves to do.


Tessa spent 10 years working for luxury fitness brand, Equinox Fitness, in a variety of sales roles across multiple markets. While at Equinox, she earned multiple accolades including Account Executive of the year in 2013 (NYC) and Regional Sales Manager of the year in 2018 (CA).


In 2019, Tessa entered the boutique fitness world as the National Sales Director for STRIDE, a treadmill-based studio brand under Xponential Fitness and then more recently as Head of Sales + Marketing at Fhitting Room, a boutique HIIT studio headquartered in NYC. This change of perspective allowed her to tailor sales trainings and techniques for national brands while also supporting studios at a local level.


She also worked as the Director of Sales for New York Sports Club, a 50+ location gym chain on the east coast. Here she led B2B efforts as well as sales trainings and initiatives across a larger brand.


Tessa is now excited to bring her sales and marketing expertise to a variety of businesses who are looking to grow and excel in their industry.


In her free time, Tessa loves spending time her family, trips to Trader Joe’s, live music and is working her way back into playing volleyball.
